Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Eligibility

At Raw Life, we maintain a replacement-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds.

You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during delivery, or
  • The item is defective, or
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • You must provide valid proof (images or video clearly showing the issue)

2. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is received, our team will review the evidence
  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days
  • No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Product is not in its original packaging
  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified
