Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Eligibility
At Raw Life, we maintain a replacement-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds.
You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery only if the product meets the following conditions:
- The item is damaged during delivery, or
- The item is defective, or
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be in original packaging
- You must provide valid proof (images or video clearly showing the issue)
2. Replacement Process
- Once your request is received, our team will review the evidence
- If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days
- No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used, opened, or tampered with
- Product is not in its original packaging
- Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified
